The workshop explores a multitude of ten-minute techniques physicians can use to help patients with mental health issues. The head instructor Greg Dubord, MD is nice & limber from giving over 300 CBT workshops, and a University of Toronto CME Teacher of the Year. Assistant faculty includes Clement Sun, MD, Director of Addiction Centres Toronto.

Amsterdam  More than tulips, this highly-walkable city of canals features distinctive architecture, Rembrandts & Van Goghs, and famous blue & white porcelain. Sample local breads and cheeses as you stroll through the breathtaking international flower market.
Warnemunde  This German fishing village is a charming place to relax and explore. For more excitement, take a day trip to Berlin.
Stockholm  Enjoy this magnificent city filled with palaces, parks, and museums. Stroll through the Gamla Stan (Old Town).
Helsinki   The Finnish capital is easily-navigated and an architectural delight with parks and gardens.
Saint Petersburg  A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Saint Petersburg is home to The Hermitage, the largest art museum in the world. By law, the Peter & Paul Cathedral remains the highest building in the city.
Tallinn  This capital of Estonia has remained unchanged since its founding in 1154. Enjoy architectural marvels like Viru Gate, Kadriorg Palace, and Toompea Castle.
Copenhagen  This gem is one of Europe's oldest capitals, where 36% of citizens commute by bike. There's much culture to explore: Tivoli Gardens,  Nyhavn waterfront, Marble Church—and Legoland!*

* Do not be afraid: the visitor struck by a falling 10 foot
